Terms of Service

The rules for using the console, API, and integrations.

Last updated 9 August 2026

Agreement

By creating an account or using the Auth Licenses console, API, or Discord bot, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite.
  • You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.

Plans and billing

  • Free accounts include one application and the core license features.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan features remain until the end of the paid period, after which the account falls back to Free limits.
  • We may change pricing with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to distribute malware, stolen software, or content you have no right to license.
  • Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or another workspace's data.
  • Do not resell the platform itself as your own licensing product without a written agreement.
  • Do not use the service in a way that harms its stability or availability for others.

Your content and customers

You keep ownership of your applications, license keys, and customer records. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process them so the service works.

You are responsible for the software you license and for your relationship with your own customers, including refunds, support, and any required privacy notices.

Discord integration

The Discord bot only acts in servers where you invite it. Role assignment through /claim requires you to configure roles and grant the bot Manage Roles with a role positioned above the roles it assigns.

You are responsible for which roles you map to which license types.

Availability

We aim for high availability and publish live uptime on the status page, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee. Maintenance, third-party outages, and incidents can cause downtime.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates a security or legal risk, or has unpaid charges. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
